Today, BIG Language Solutions, a top 20 language services provider, who also has a NET Promoter Score of 95, announced the promotion of Michael Bearden to the position of Executive Vice President of Customer Success at BIG Language Solutions. Michael will also remain as President of BIG Language Solutions Healthcare group, ISI.

Michael is a language services veteran with over 17 years of experience. His passion for language and cross-cultural communication brought him to ISI in 2005, where he focused on optimizing global solutions as VP of Client Relations. In 2012, he was promoted to President where he guided ISI’s growth and shepherded their acquisition by BIG Language Solutions in 2020.

Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He then earned his Master of Arts in English Literature and earned a certificate in High-Performance Leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’ Executive Education Program.
