InterpVault™ is BIG Language Solutions’ integrated client portal, providing comprehensive enterprise reporting built directly into your language services. Our clients use InterpVault™ as a centralized dashboard to track real-time VRI and OPI minutes, view onsite interpreter fulfillment rates, analyze language demand trends, and monitor usage across multiple departments or facilities.

You can launch an on-demand interpreting session through InterpVault™ from either desktop or mobile.

From desktop:

  1. Sign in to InterpVault™ using your credentials
  2. Select On-Demand 
  3. Enter the required session details
  4. Click Start Now to begin the request
  5. A qualified interpreter will join the session once connected

From the mobile app:

  1. Open the InterpVault™ app and sign in using your credentials
  2. Select the language needed for the session.
  3. Choose the call type and, if needed, indicate any interpreter preference, such as gender
  4. Tap Call to start the request
  5. A qualified interpreter will join the call once connected

It is the proprietary interpretation service portal provided exclusively to BIG Language Solutions customers. It functions as your secure digital gateway to launch, coordinate, and manage access to our global network of interpreters, along with real-time interpretation tracking and usage reporting tools. 

InterpVault™ can support billing and usage tracking for organizations with multiple departments, facilities, or locations through a flexible account hierarchy.

Companies can be set up using a parent/child structure, with additional grandchild levels if needed. This allows interpretation usage, billing, invoicing, and reporting to be organized by the overall organization, while still being narrowed down to specific sub-companies, departments, facilities, locations, or teams.

This structure gives administrators clearer visibility into how interpretation services are being used across the organization, making it easier to track costs, monitor usage patterns, allocate expenses, and generate more accurate reports for each department or facility.

Yes. While InterpVault™ is fully accessible via a secure web browser or our dedicated mobile application, it also features robust API integration capabilities. This allows enterprise clients to embed BIG’s live, on-demand VRI and OPI services directly into their own internal workflows, such as hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems, corporate custom applications, or existing customer contact center software.
