We are excited to announce that Mike Heimark has joined the manufacturing defense division as Director of Business Development.
Mike is a proven leader in the manufacturing sector with more than 20 years of wide-ranging experience in translations, customer support, logistics, and quality assurance. He is particularly skilled in managing complex project workstreams, employing Business Process Improvement techniques and methodologies to plan, develop, implement, analyze, measure, communicate, and realize projects for clients.
Over his career, Mike has worked with some of the world’s largest manufacturing companies, including private businesses, government agencies, and defense contractors requiring ITAR compliance. He will bring this extensive experience to his new role, where he will primarily focus on supporting government agencies.

Mike is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is married to his wife Robin, and is a father of two, including one child who is a U.S. Marine.
