Participants can explore tools such as LanguageNow™, AI Real-Time Interpreter, and Epic Self-Serve while working with BIG’s team to ask questions, test potential workflows, share feedback, and help shape how these solutions continue to evolve.

The program may include early access to LanguageNow™, AI Real-Time Interpreter, and Epic Self-Serve, depending on your organization’s needs, eligibility, and solution fit.

AI, Privacy & Security

Yes. Some solutions in the program use AI to support instant translation and real-time interpretation. Epic Self-Serve is focused on streamlining interpreter access inside Epic workflows.

No. Customer data is not used to train public AI models.

BIG’s solutions are designed with privacy and security in mind for regulated environments. Depending on the solution, safeguards may include encryption, access controls, secure authentication, and HIPAA-aligned workflows.

Implementation & Support

Early access participants receive guidance from BIG’s team to explore use cases, evaluate workflows, ask questions, and understand how each solution may fit their organization’s needs.

Technical requirements vary by solution. Some tools may be easier to evaluate quickly, while others, such as Epic Self-Serve, may require coordination with IT, Epic application teams, or security stakeholders.

A BIG team member will review your request and contact you to discuss your needs, the solutions you are interested in, and whether the Early Access Program is a good fit.
