Jeff Brink Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Brink is an entrepreneurial executive known for his leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation for international business. Over the last 25 years, he has successfully launched and built leading companies in the language services sector across the U.S. and Europe, including Brink International, United Language Group, and BIG Language Solutions. He is recognized in the industry for pioneering innovative technologies and establishing exceptionally high standards for quality and service.
Additionally, Jeff has led technology and service companies outside of the language industry and served as a director on numerous boards. Jeff holds a BA degree in Business Management from Concordia University.
Joe Mischler Chief Revenue Officer
For more than 20 years, Joe Mischler has been leading global revenue operations, business strategy and market expansion for international companies through the successful engagement of cross-functional teams. His deep collective experience in intellectual property, legal and language services industries over the last decade have aligned in his leadership of BIG IP.
Joe’s approach to integrating emerging best practices and client insight has consistently led to the convergence of world-class service and remarkable client retention among law firms and corporations. He holds a BS degree from Belmont Abbey College in Distribution Management with a concentration in logistics and industrial engineering. He is a graduate of ADP’s Global Executive Leadership Program, holds a certificate in Human Relations from the John’s Hopkins University, and certificates in finance and marketing from Harvard Business School’s Executive Program.
Luis de la Vega Chief Operating Officer
Luis de la Vega has been a leader in the language space for 20 years overseeing strategic direction and growth for several highly successful language service providers. The legal industry is his particular area of focus where BIG IP and its sister company, Protranslating, have deep roots going back to their founding in 1973 as interpreting and translation providers to law firms and in-house counsel for global organizations.
His legacy in the language services industry spans generations, and he has guided work across a number of business specialties including Intellectual Property, Litigation, Arbitration, Real Estate, among many others. Luis has built specialized teams and proprietary technologies needed to successfully navigate today’s complex legal landscape involving hundreds of languages, geographies, and specialized requirements. He holds a BSBA in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and an MBA from the University of Miami.
Dave Perlman Chief Financial Officer
Dave Perlman is a results-driven finance executive with nearly 20 years of international finance experience across several industries, including IT, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and engineering. Operating at the highest levels of finance operations, he has led the sales process and post-close transition for international companies in transition.
Dave has held leadership roles at General Electric, Dell Technologies, Secureworks, and Brambles Ltd, and is an expert in fair and transparent pricing practices. He earned a BS degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin. He is also a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and Dell’s Global Finance Executive Leadership Program (GFEP).
Roxanne Le Vice President Global Operations
Roxanne Le brings more than 10 years of management experience in the translation and intellectual property space. Her focus is on building lean operational infrastructures, implementing and managing best translation quality control practices, and driving efficiency and operational performance. In addition to training and managing BIG IP’s global operations teams, she also serves as the liaison between customers, operations, and sales.
Roxanne works closely with companies to find creative and innovative ways to make their filing and translation process more efficient. Her attention to detail and precise oversight of BIG IP’s operations has led to long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Roxanne earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Tim Moorcroft Senior Vice President European Sales
Tim Moorcroft is an innovative and energetic leader with more than 20 years of experience in both global operations and sales. His breadth of knowledge provides him unique insight into the challenges organizations face and creative solutions to solve them. Having spent the last decade in the language services space covering legal, litigation and patents, Tim is regarded as one of the foremost experts in the field.
Based in Madrid, Spain, Tim leads sales and client relationships for BIG IP in Europe, driving the company’s vision to help clients reimagine their next generation of language services. Early in his career, he worked as a telecommunications engineering manager with the British Army’s Royal Corps of Signals, serving for nearly 12 years. Tim holds an MBA from The Open University in the UK and it was during his studies that he found his passion for change management.
Agnes Piriou Director of Internal Quality Compliance
With more than 15 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, and compliance, Agnes Piriou works to ensure the entire BIG Language organization is aligned with the guidelines and regulations of the global language services industry. She has been part of the Protranslating family since 2006 and involved in many different areas within the company. In her current role, she oversees implementing and maintaining certifications as well as creating and optimizing processes and procedures.
Agnes has gained international business experience throughout her career. When paired with her specialized skillset, it allows her to efficiently keep the BIG Language family of companies in good standing. She studied in France earning Professional Studies Certificate in Accounting and Administration at Lycee Japy in Lyon. Agnes also attended Ecole Internationale Tunon in Geneva earning a Baccalaureate +1 in Administration and Tourism.
